Work-out your relationships

So Valentine’s Day is upon us.

For many people this day has a certain dread in the air about it.

I think my first Valentine’s card must have been when I was an adult and I remember longingly looking at other people in my school as they received one!

As this day celebrates love and relationships, it can be easy to overlook our need for love and care across a wide set of relationships, not just with our life partner. Our family, our friends, our work colleagues: all these relationships take time, energy, effort to foster and maintain. We experience tension and conflict as we live alongside people and pursue projects, goals and agendas together.

Coaching can really help when you want to make a change in your relationships. It’s not the same as couple’s counselling. We can not demand change of others, as much as we might like to sometimes!

However, there is always the possibility of approaching difficult relationships in a different way.

With new perspective.

I’d love to work with you to help you get a different perspective in the relationships that matter to you. Drop me a line and connect to get your relationships in a better shape.

Feeling exhausted and depleted of energy,2. Feeling detached from one’s

Is your life balanced?

Needing some balance?

Are you tired of not having enough time for the things you love? It’s easy for life to get out of kilter. I know that from my own experience. Right now I’ve just worked with my partner to get rest days for us both into our schedule because my drive can just get the best

It’s Blue Monday: Time for some quick wins!

Today I heard it was Blue Monday – supposedly the saddest day of the year – which occurs on the third Monday in January. I suppose one of the challenges of this day, alongside the persistent cold and darkness of the winter, is the end of festivities with a long way to go before summer

What Brings You Joy?

What brings you joy? How do we do more of what brings us joy?   There are some things that we just don’t want to do. Like tax returns. Paying bills. Speaking to THAT family member.   But what if we could harness the power of joy?   I’ve just been struck by the importance
