Work-out your relationships

So Valentine’s Day is upon us.

For many people this day has a certain dread in the air about it.

I think my first Valentine’s card must have been when I was an adult and I remember longingly looking at other people in my school as they received one!

As this day celebrates love and relationships, it can be easy to overlook our need for love and care across a wide set of relationships, not just with our life partner. Our family, our friends, our work colleagues: all these relationships take time, energy, effort to foster and maintain. We experience tension and conflict as we live alongside people and pursue projects, goals and agendas together.

Coaching can really help when you want to make a change in your relationships. It’s not the same as couple’s counselling. We can not demand change of others, as much as we might like to sometimes!

However, there is always the possibility of approaching difficult relationships in a different way.

With new perspective.

I’d love to work with you to help you get a different perspective in the relationships that matter to you. Drop me a line and connect to get your relationships in a better shape.
